Redeveloped, released and resold Horizon Centre, a 45,000 sq. ft. office warehouse complex in Calgary, AB (Charles Cochrane, Dobbin-Cochrane Group).

 

Redeveloped the Sears Distribution Centre (245,000 Sq. Ft.; NE location), Calgary, AB (Charles Cochrane, Dobbin-Cochrane Group).

 

Redeveloped and Restored a retail building at 106-10A Street NW, Calgary, AB (Charles Cochrane, Dobbin-Cochrane Group).

 

Acquired and achieved approval for an affordable housing project in Calgary, AB (Charles Cochrane & Jim Klus, Venstar Development).

 

Completed three modular built hotels (Fort McMurray, AB; Ajax, Ont., Langely, BC) consisting of a total of 246 suites (Charles Cochrane & Jim Klus, Venstar Development).

 

Designed and built leading edge, environmental housing for the First Nations Communities in High Level and Cold Lake, AB (Charles Cochrane, eGreen Corporation).

 

Designed and Built several modular buildings in Alberta for oil and gas camps, operation and control buildings, and special purpose buildings for StatOil Hydro, CNRL, Shell Oil and Petro Canada (Charles Cochrane, eGreen Corporation).

 

Designed and built an affordable housing project for First Nations in Saskatoon, SK (Charles Cochrane, Corval Group/First Alliance Construction Solutions).

 

Completed the expansion for the Dakota Dunes Casino, Saskatoon, SK (Charles Cochrane, Corval Group/First Alliance Construction Solutions).

 

Built 25 new show homes (Riverview Community) in partnershp with United Management in Cochrane, AB (Charles Cochrane, Thomasville Homes).

 

Built 15 new show homes in partnership with Urbco Management in Sheep River Ridge, Okotoks, AB (Charles Cochrane, Thomasville Homes).

 

Developed two phase 80 unit residential condominium complex, Aidrie Railtown, 10,000 sq ft commercial complex, 3 acres of downtown land (Jim Klus, Airdrie Railtown Developments Ltd.).
